Chocolate [coughs] making!
Yo!
GEMS was fun, and delicious! -smacks lips- Bananas go super well with chocolate yum. Which reminds me, Max Brenner's choctails rock. Which reminded me of another thing; my banana committed suicide today! Bah, just when I was about to wrap it with bread and eat it. Hrmph!
Ok, back to chocolate-making. Yum yum, burnt cream smells kinda nice! Sadly, due to time constraints, we couldn't make the fondue ourselves, boo. Apparently, chocolate fondue is not made simply by melting a large block of chocolate. We need couverture chocolate! (Did I even spell it correctly heh) And cream. And a pot. And fire. And most importantly, we need people to eat it! Which was exactly what the class did actually.
Actually, we learnt more than just the ingredients needed. But I can't remember oopsies. Hahha think I'll also be koping pictures from michelle! :D Bread-making would be kinda fun! Flour war! Just kidding.
